Senior Information
Senior Cords: Please review the requirements to earn orange, blue and white cords. If you think you qualify for any cords, you must complete this form, which must be completed by the student using their school Google account, by April 24th. All requests will be verified. Service hour submissions in Schoollinks must be fully approved by April 24th to count toward the white cord.
Senior Final Exams: At the discretion of the individual classroom teachers, Seniors may be required to take a final examination in the form of a test, project, or presentation. This requirement will occur before the last day of school for seniors. Seniors do not attend finals during the regular exam schedule.
Chromebook Turn-In - May 15 or prior: Look for flyers around school for specific information regarding Chromebook turn-in on May 14/15 at the Technology Support Center in the Lower Learning Commons. The official turn-in will be on Thursday, May 15th during class periods 1-4. All Chromebooks are due by Noon on Thursday, May 15th. Here is information on what is required to turn in.
Obligations and Fines - May 15: All course fees, textbooks, library books, activity, athletic obligations, and equipment fines must be cleared/returned by 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 15th. Students with obligations after this date may not receive their graduation tickets and could jeopardize participation in the ceremony until the obligation/fine is resolved. Final High School Transcript/Survey: From the Registrar: All universities/colleges require a final high school transcript for your enrollment. During Home Room this Spring, you will be taking a Senior Exit Survey. This is where you will authorize where we should send your final transcript, based on which school you will be attending in the Fall.
Backup your Google Drive: From the IT Department: You are responsible for backing up your District 203 Google Drive to a new location to have access to your work at a later time. You may access your District 203 Google Drive until your account is closed on Monday, June 30th. Instructions can be found here.
Immunization Records: From the School Nurse: You are responsible for submitting your immunizations to the university/college of your choice. You may access these records through Infinite Campus until your Portal Account is closed on Tuesday, July 1st. Instructions can be found here. The Nurse's Office is closed during the summer. -
Senior Events
All school rules (i.e. no smoking, vaping, etc.) are in effect while students are in attendance at all events, including Commencement. Failure to abide by school rules will result in the student(s) being removed from the event(s) and disciplinary action at school. Graduates planning and/or participating in graduation/senior “pranks” or found on campus without purpose will not be allowed to participate in Commencement. If a graduate’s behavior warrants an escort from Commencement activities, an appointment with Principal Wachtel will have to be made by that student and his/her parents in order to receive their diploma.
Senior Day: Graduation Announcements, Cap & Gown Distribution & Hypnotist Assembly - February 21:
Seniors do not attend classes, although they should arrive at school (Contest Gym) between 9:00 am -9:30 am.Graduation announcements and caps and gowns will be distributed on Friday, February 21st from 9:30 am - 10:30 am in the Contest Gym. You MUST have your signed Commencement Participation Form completed to pick up your cap & gown.
From 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, students will enjoy a show by the famous hypnotist, Randy Andres. Randy Andrews is an entertaining hypnotist -- being the world's only singing hypnotist -- who has appeared at a variety of national conventions and has worked with many professional athletes to help them achieve their athletic potential. He has a positive message and entertains the students, as well as educates them about the positive force of the mind as they work to achieve their athletic potential. We anticipate that, as in the past, this show will be a positive, fun-filled experience for your student. If you'd like to be hypnotized, please have a parent complete the release form. Forms are due to Student Activities by February 12th to be considered. Students will be dismissed from school after the assembly (around 12:30 pm).
Airband - March 20: Senior traditions continue with our Airband competition. The competition will take place in the Fieldhouse on March 20th at 7:00 pm. Airband tickets are required and the show is open to everyone. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at www.gofan.com (available one week before the event) or with cash at the door.
Senior Celebration - April 12: Senior Celebration, the annual senior lock-in, will be held on Saturday, April 12th, from 5:00-10:00 pm. Check-in opens at 4:00 pm and doors close at 5:30 pm. This event requires a parent permission form with a payment of $65. Registration forms & the paid list are available here. Parent volunteers transform the school into a variety of themed areas with amazing activities, extraordinary entertainment, and food. Many volunteers and donations are needed to make this a fabulous event for our well-deserved seniors, so please consider helping in any way you are able. Exit with Pride - May 15: "Exit with Pride" will be held at Centennial Beach from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 15th. School attendance is required prior to the event. Students must be in the Centennial Beach gate by 12:15 pm. This is a free, fun event brought to you by Student Activities. Bring swimsuits and towels. Student ID is required for entrance to this event. In the event of inclement weather, Exit with Pride will be canceled.
Commemorative Ceremony - May 15: This year's Commemorative Ceremony will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 15th in the Fieldhouse. Seniors, friends, and family are encouraged and welcome to attend. This is an evening of thoughtful reflection with senior speakers and performers. Seniors should report to the NPAC at 6:30 pm. A cap and gown with proper graduation attire underneath is required for this ceremony (no tassel).
Senior Awards Assembly - May 16: The Senior Awards Assembly will be held in the Fieldhouse from 8:39 am to 10:39 am.Senior Brunch - May 16: The Senior Brunch will be held following the All School Awards Assembly at the Signature Room in Woodridge from 11:30 to 1:30 pm. This event is voluntary. Tickets will be sold prior to the event and were sold during registration. The deadline for purchasing a ticket is May 2nd. No exceptions will be made due to advance reservations needed for the banquet hall. Seniors attending brunch must attend the All School Awards Assembly. Seniors who paid for brunch will receive their ticket at the end of the All School Awards Assembly. Along with brunch, seniors will receive their Senior Memory Book. Seniors attending the brunch need to be in proper graduation attire. Registration form and paid list can be found here.

Graduation Photos: GradImages provides professional photographs of each student. Proofs will be emailed home for purchase, or you can visit www.gradimages.com ~3 weeks after graduation to view and order photos.
Bouquets and Custom Class Apparel: Pre-order bouquets and/or custom class apparel for your graduate. Orders are accepted through May 17, 2025.
Graduation Banner: Banners will be displayed at the graduation ceremony and are yours to take home after graduation.
Banners are 24"x30". You can purchase a one-sided banner for $50 or a double-sided banner for $75.Purchase your banner today! Orders must be placed by April 10th for double-sided and April 14th for single-sided banners.

Graduation Ceremony Speech Auditions & Commemorative Ceremony Auditions - April 14: If you are interested in speaking at this year's Graduation Ceremony on Sunday, May 18th, or you are interested in speaking or performing at this year's Commemorative Ceremony on Thursday, May 15th, auditions will be held on Monday, April 14th during lunch periods. Listen to daily announcements regarding how to sign up for these auditions. Email Mr. Williams at swilliams@naperville203.org or Mrs. Klett at kklett@naperville203.org with any questions.
Graduation Attire - May 14: Acceptable attire includes a shirt and tie, dress pants, dress, skirt, dress blouse, dress socks, and shoes. Only shows with low heels are allowed. Gym shoes, blue jeans, flip flops, etc. are not allowed. Pre-approval from Student Activities is required for any student who wishes to alter the school-issued graduation gown to only include expressions of religion or culture. Please complete this form for approval by May 14. Students must complete this using their school Google account. Caps can not be altered or decorated.
Graduation Rehearsal - May 16: Commencement rehearsal will be held on Friday, May 16th at 7:00 am in the Fieldhouse. All are required to be in attendance at rehearsal. Seniors attending need to be in proper graduation attire. Seniors must be in attendance at the rehearsal to attend Senior Brunch and Commencement.
Graduation Tickets - May 16: Each graduate will receive (2) tickets for Commencement. Tickets will ONLY be required for admittance to the inside venue (should there be inclement weather). Tickets will be distributed at Graduation Rehearsal. All obligations and fines must be taken care of to receive your tickets. Tickets are not needed if the event is held in the Stadium.
Graduation Ceremony - Sunday, May 18 @ 2:00 pm: The Commencement processional will begin at 1:45 pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in the Football Stadium. Graduates must report to the campus for the ceremony at 12:30 pm. The Stadium will open at 12:30 pm. After the ceremony, graduates will meet their guests outside the fenced track/football field area. In the case of inclement weather, Graduation will take place in the Fieldhouse.An official photographer for GradImages will take photos of each graduate receiving a diploma. Proofs will be sent directly to your home several weeks after Graduation. Graduation will also be videotaped for purchase from Zaker Video.
