The following links may be used by District 203 personnel to request use of facilities. Choose the area that best fits your needs. Multiple areas can be requested through the primary area of request, so only one form needs to be completed. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved.
Forms for District 203 Personnel
- ACTIVITIES: for use of the Cafeteria or Dance stage
- ATHLETICS: for use of Athletic spaces
- BUILDING & GROUNDS: for use of the Learning Commons (Library), classrooms, and areas not listed.
- THEATER: for use of the Auditorium, Little Theater, or Blackbox Theater
- DISTRICT AREAS: for District 203 not at Naperville Central
- FACILITY DIAGRAMS: preview the most commonly used areas

Welcome to our site! The NCHS Facilities Rental Form for Business Clients provides access to an online application form for renting facilities at Naperville Central. Follow the procedures in the online application to retrieve important documents that must be signed and returned to our office to start the process.
